We are committed to your safety. We also understand that people may be apprehensive in attending events again. While New Zealand and Australia has managed the COVID-19 outbreak relatively well, we have still been working closely with hotel venues and health guidelines to ensure the safe running of our upcoming events. It is important to us that you feel safe to enjoy, learn and gain value in attending.

In addition to allowing only healthy people to attend, we are also integrating on-site health checks, contract trace recording, seating, social distancing and special catering arrangements. See below for more details.

Signage

There will be clear reminders throughout the venue.

Social Distancing

A one metre rule between individuals will be enforced. Other measures, with guidance from the Government, will also be implemented.

Hygiene

We are working with venues to ensure they are safe and continue to with the appropriate hygiene standards.

Contact Tracing

Our onsite registration system will record when everyone checks in and that we have your details. Additional steps may also be taken.

Catering

Food service will be both safe and served in accordance with social distancing rules.

Seating Spaces

We work with our venues to ensure seating plans are appropriate to each room and ensure distancing.

Registration

We want you to feel completely confident about booking onto our events, especially with COVID-19.

  • If one of your events has been rescheduled, your registration will automatically move to the new dates - you do not need to do anything. We will keep you informed.
  • If a conference you are currently booked on is not able to be rescheduled in the next 12 months, you will be entitled to a credit or a full refund.
